The website www.berberis.ge is an online store where customers can purchase haircare, cosmetic, and other beauty products.

3.1. A customer may return a product only if:

• The product is unopened and unused;

• Clothing or accessories are undamaged and have all original tags;

• Cosmetic products (e.g., shampoos, dyes, etc.) are not opened or used — opened products cannot be returned.

3.2. A product may be returned with a receipt or order confirmation.

3.3. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment.

3.4. After a service has been completed, refunds are not provided, except in cases where the service or product does not meet quality standards due to the Company’s fault.

5.2. Delivery fees are paid by the customer directly to the courier upon receipt.

5.3. The customer must ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the product.

5.4. Delivery is provided by an independent courier company responsible for timely and safe service. The Company is not liable for delays or damage caused by the courier, except when the issue results from the Company’s negligence or improper packaging.
